Bun in the Oven

Yes, it is true. Steveo and I expecting a baby near the end of August or beginning of September. We are excited (and I am willing to admit, a little bit nervous)! We have been to two checkups and everything is going well. The midwife didn't give me an exact due date because she thinks that it makes family nervous. (She told us to tell everyone Labor Day, hehehe). The first checkup we got this ultrasound, the baby was kicking its little gummy bear legs like crazy for the photo shoot. The second checkup we got to hear the baby's heart beat.

I don't know Kami, but she submitted a comment the same moment I did, but her's got posted and mine got erased! Oh well. :)

Congratulations! I'm due the exact same time--I never thought of the "Labor Day" thing! My specific due date is Sept. 1, but I usually say what you do. Craig was due in may, but born the last day of April, so you never know. I'm so happy for you!

CONGRATS!! I'm so excited for the two of you. What great parents you both will be. Good luck with everything!! If there is anything you need please let me know. My niece will be here around the 23rd of April. Yeah, it's almost been a year since I lost my nephew and I'm praying that things will be better this time.

Congrats Heidi!! Being a mom is the best, hardest, most rewarding thing in the whole world. You are going to be awesome! And you are going to have little genious babies if they are anything like their mom! (I don't know Steve, so I can't vouch for him(: ).

congrats again!! You should be nervous - you are having a baby - that means you have to be a little more grown (although that theory hasn't worked on my - I'm still 19 in my head). You will do just fine and you can call me anytime if you have questions or just need to cry - because of the hormones of course. I have a lot of information about the roids - yes it's sad but true!

I like when Nicole talks about the roids. It should make you laugh. Not actually having them, but the word. Good luck with all of that. Although I am sure baby Katie will be sooo cute.
